Dot Art With Markers

Playing around with markers today.

What can be done with a stencil, markers and paper?

Choose a stencil of your choice and trace around edges, but with dots, and not a solid line.  Fill in with dots.

Choose a second color to fill in more of the empty spaces in between the dots (for me, the petals).

My first color is red, my second color is orange.

Filled in pretty good.

Since mine is a flower, I added the stem and leaf next.

I started with green, and filled in empty space with blue.

I outlined the flower in dark blue.

I added extra blue dots in the middle section.

And finished with another round of blue dots around everything.

Easy project for kiddos!

Did you ever do this in school?
